We offer free shipping on domestic orders within the USA over $99.

Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, between 6am and 2pm (excluding holidays).

  • To ensure prompt delivery, we use a variety of shipping carriers.

  • If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, providing you with the necessary information about what to expect and when to expect it.

  • Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not offer international shipping.

  • We are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Refunds and Guarantees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you receive an incorrect item.

  • The shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include processing time and is only an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times if there are delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as typos or issues with the shipping address, poor weather conditions, or backlogs.
