Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? Not the right size or style? We will do our best to make it right. If you decide to change your mind or if the item is not the right size or style, we are here to help. As long as the item remains unworn, unwashed, and the tags are intact, we offer free exchanges or free returns for store credit. Please note that for returns to the original form of payment, a small shipping fee of $7.00 will be applied.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Our return and exchange policy is 30 days for all merchandise not marked “final sale”.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) are in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached.

  • Please place return and exchange items in the provided clear bag to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.

  • Apparel must have hang tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up and animal hair.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if original items are not received in new condition.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed or not approved.

  • Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card and alternate form of payment will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first.

  • “Exchange only” items are eligible for size or style exchanges within return window (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.

Product Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@goodfruitlife.com within 30-Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@goodfruitlife.com.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
